What should I do when I fail to log into my account?
If you can't log into Boardmix workspace, please ensure the password you input is correct. If the error persists, please follow the on-page prompts to reset your password.
What should I do when the board fails to load?
If your board isn't loading now, you can try methods below:
Check the network connection and ensure that your device connects to an active network.
Try to load the board in the Incognito mode or switch to a different browser. Please note that Chrome is officially recommended, with which you can have the best user experience.
Clear the browser's cache and cookies and then relaunch your browser.
Make sure you are running Boardmix on the newest version of the browser.
If you are using the Boardmix app, please uninstall it and install the newest version. You can also check the availability on the web version.
Your board may be too large to load instantly. In this case, please refresh the page and wait patiently.
Try to close or relaunch your VPN.
Why do some of the contents disappear from my canvas?
If the file you are editing is a team file, please make sure that you and your teammates didn't delete the content mistakenly.
The unstable network may cause the problem. If the lost content is hard to redo, please contact us and offer your file key (the file URL in the address bar). Our technician will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
How to deal with the display errors?
If you encounter any of the display errors shown below and fail to solve it by refreshing the page and relaunching the browser, please contact us and offer your file key (the file URL in the address bar).
There is nothing on the canvas but frame borders.
The canvas turns blank all of a sudden.
Why can't I upload PPT or PDF files?
You need to make sure that your file size does not exceed 50M. If your file size is within the limit and the error persists, please contact us.
What to do if a prompt shows webgl not supported?
When you see this prompt, you can:
Refresh the page to see whether the prompt disappears.
Make sure the browser you use is the newest version. If not, upgrade the browser and try again.
Run Boardmix in Chrome, which is officially recommended.
Why can't I copy and paste?
If you can not copy and paste any elements on the canvas, please follow the steps below:
On your browser, go to Settings >> Privacy and security >> Site settings >> Clipboard.
Locate Boardmix related sites and allow them to see your clipboard.
How can I restore the deleted board or content?
You can restore the deleted boards or content in several ways:
Restore the deleted boards from the recycle bin. Please note that the permanently deleted board can not be found and restored in the recycle bin.
Restore the deleted content via version history. Open the version history of the board and locate the version which still includes the deleted content, and then restore to that version.
What to do if there are too many collaborator cursors?
If you are dealing with a team file while you want to work more immersively, you can choose not to show the collaborator cursor in Preference settings >> Collaborator cursor.
Can I move boards from personal space to team or enterprise space?
Yes. You can move boards from personal space to any team or enterprise spaces you like. However, please note that you can not move the boards back to personal space due to data security.
Why can't I edit the board all of a sudden?
If you are using the Free plan and suddenly fail to edit the board, please upgrade to any of the paid plans and continue editing.
Boardmix only offers 1GB of storage for free. Once the limit is reached, you can only view the file.
Why can't I create a new file?
If you are using the Free plan and suddenly fail to create a new board, please upgrade to any of the paid plans for unlimited editable boards.
Boardmix only offers 3 editable boards for free. Once the limit is reached, you can just view and edit the created boards.
I have purchased the monthly plan. Can I upgrade to an annual plan?
Yes. If you want to upgrade your paid plan, for example, from monthly plan to annual plan, please purchase the annual plan from Boardmix pricing page. The newly purchased plan will take effect after your current plan expires. Please note that your subscription payment will not be deducted from the price of the annual plan.

How can I stop subscription payments (cancel automatic renewal)?
If you purchased a subscription with automatic renewal, you will be informed at least 7 days before it expires about the date of the upcoming charge and the amount you will be charged.
You can stop automatic renewals anytime by simply logging into the My Products section of your 2CO myAccount (available here) and clicking the "Stop automatic license renewal" link beneath each product with this option enabled.
