Files created in the homepage are automatically saved in your current space, which includes personal and team spaces:

• In the personal space, the file you create is private and can only be accessed through the link you share. For the free plan, you can create 3 editable boards and enjoy 1GB of total storage.
• In the team space, the file you create belongs to the team, and team members have the permission to view it. The created file will be saved in the first project, but note that if there is no project in the team, you will need to create a new project to create the file.

Here is how to do it:

1. Access Boardmix via the link https://boardmix.com/app/
2. Click Create whiteboard file or select a template in the upper part of the homepage. After creation, you'll be directed to the editor page. You can also click Import .bdx file to import a boardmix file you've created before.

Boardmix integrates with AI assistant now. You can use it to help with generating mind maps, codes, flowcharts, images, ppts and more. You can also use it for smart Q&A!
