The Fogg Behavior Model is a theory of behavioral change proposed by Professor B.J. Fogg of Stanford University. This model aims to explain the circumstances under which individuals will adopt certain behaviors, that is, the triggers for behavioral changes. This model believes that a person's behavior depends on the interaction of three main factors: motivation, ability, and trigger. Understanding the relationship between motivation, ability, and triggers can provide guidance for behavioral design. For example, when designing product features or services, you can set triggers to prompt users to take specific actions based on their motivations and abilities.
