Activity Review
Activity review is the process of summarizing, evaluating, and reflecting on past activities, projects, or experiences. During an activity review, participants review the execution process, achievements, challenges encountered, and lessons learned from the activity to draw insights and improve future work and activities. Through activity review, participants can summarize the lessons learned from the activity process, including successful practices and lessons from mistakes, in order to avoid repeating errors in the future and to improve work efficiency and quality. Participating in an activity review also enhances individual self-reflection skills, helping individuals gain deeper insights into their work styles and preferences, and enabling them to timely adjust and improve their work methods and attitudes.
