Process Relationships in Project Management
In project management, process relationships refer to the interactions and relationships between various project management processes. Project management consists of multiple processes, which are often organized into project life cycle stages, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. There are close connections and mutual influences between these processes, and the success of project management often depends on the coordination and smooth operation of these processes. Every project management process produces some outputs that often become inputs to other processes. For example, the project charter and scope statement in the project planning phase are inputs to the project execution phase and are used to guide the project execution work.
