The Agile Software Development Lifecycle is a software development process based on agile methods that aims to respond to changing needs and market environments through continuous demand changes, iterative development, and rapid delivery. Compared with the traditional waterfall model, the agile development life cycle is more flexible, iterative and adaptable. Iterative development is the core of agile development. The team continuously delivers usable software versions through short-cycle iterations (usually 2-4 weeks). When the product function reaches a releasable state, the team releases it and collects user feedback and market data to guide the next round of iterative development.
